Situation
An accredited medical education company creates and implements 30 - 40 activities and programs a year.
The activities range from live venues (Symposia and Grand Rounds) to webcasts and educational journals.
After the live presentations, the provider created enduring material for expanded distribution.
Unfortunately, these efforts were expensive, awkward, and inconsistent - largely due to the varied
format of the initiative and the lack of a uniform, integrated platform. Reporting mandates from the ACCME made the task even more difficult.
